Obituary of James Robert Reeves

~~James Robert “Bob” Reeves Jr. 83 of Greenville passed away Monday May 1, 2017, at home .
Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Thursday May 4, 2017, at the St. Pauls Episcopal Church in Greenville.  Father Gary Herbst will officiate. Interment will follow at Oaklawn cemetery  his fellow fire fighters will  serve  as pallbears.
Bob was born January 10, 1934, in Dallas, Texas to James Robert and Rose Elise “Neiderer” Reeves.  They have preceded him in death.
Bob was a retired Dallas firefighter.  He married Paula Alexander,  July 30, 1954, in Dallas.  She survives him.  Also left behind are his three  children; Charles Edward Reeves and his wife Mel of Farmers Branch, Paul Robert Reeves of Greenville and Rose Ellen Reeves Fish of Greenville, three grandchildren Melody Redd, Jennifer McCormack and Benjamin Reeves, six great grandchildren, one brother David Reeves of Houston.
He was a member of St. Pauls’ Episcopal Church in Greenville and the Dallas Firefighters Association.
