Obituary of Rosa Lee Duckworth

~~Rosa Lee Duckworth 99 of Sulphur Springs passed away Wednesday June 21, 2017.
Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Sunday June 25, 2017 at Delta Funeral Home Chapel.  Interment will follow at Oaklawn Cemetery with Pastor Neal Cochran officiating.
Visitation will be Saturday June 24, 2017 from 6-8 p.m. at Delta Funeral Home Chapel. 
Serving as pallbears are Rodney Duckworth, Scottie Duckworth, Cameron Duckworth, Brian Kelso, David Miller and Randy Wright.
Rosa was born May 2, 1918 in Birthright, Texas to William Frank and Oda Elizabeth “Rushing” Turner.  They have preceded her in death as well as her husband Lonnie Edward Duckworth.  Two sons; Claud and Doyle Duckworth, grandson; David Wayne Miller, great grandson Dustin Clements. Two brothers; Earnest Turner and Ovis Henson.  Two sisters; Cora Byrum and Lillie Davis.
Rosa is survived by her children; Jessie Lee Duckworth of Mahoney, TX. Billy Edward Duckworth of Dallas, TX.  Lloyd Ray Duckworth of Sulphur Springs, TX.  James Clenton Duckworth of Riley Springs, TX. Troy Gene Duckworth of Cooper, TX.  Edith Duckworth Jackson of Sulphur Springs, TX. Joyce Duckworth Bulin of Cooper, TX.
20 grandchildren and numerous great grand children and great great grand children.
Rosa was a loving housewife and mother, a representative for Avon and Stanley products for many years.  She was a member of the Lighthouse Church in Sulphur Springs.
