Obituary of Deborah Ann Raney

~~Deborah Ann Raney, 66, passed away July 27, 2017 in Cooper, TX. 
Services are scheduled for 10:00 a.m. Monday July 31, 2017 at First Baptist Church in Ladonia with interment at the Ladonia Cemetery .  Reverend David Howard will officiate.
Family will receive friends from 4-6 p.m.  Sunday July 30, 2017 at Delta Funeral Home.
She was born June 1, 1951 in Mesquite, TX.  to Jo Ann and Nathan Edward Simmons. She married Johnny Raney on October 9, 1970 in Mesquite, TX.   She was preceded in death by her husband, Johnny and mother, Jo Ann Jones.  She retired from Texas A&M University of Commerce.
She is survived by her daughters; Kimberly Hodges and husband, Blayne of Sumner, TX, and Kristy Foster and husband Weldon of Cooper, TX.  Grandchildren; Raney Hodges of Sumner, TX, Dustin Foster (Army) of El Paso, TX, Darron Foster (Navy) of Key West, FL, Dylan Foster of Cooper, TX, and  Kolie Foster of Cooper, TX.  Great grandchildren; Eli Foster and Kamryn Foster of El Paso, TX. Father, Robert Jones of Mesquite, TX, brothers; Nathan Simmons of Palm Springs, CA and Donald Jones of Dallas, TX, sisters; Sandy Erickson of Valparaiso, FL, Lisa Longbotham of Dallas, TX, Suzanne King of Mesquite, TX .
Pallbearers are Jackie Pope, Bill Hanes, Ricky Bettes, John Holcomb, Jeff Miller and Joby Thomas.
