So very sorry for the tragic loss of your Zachary.
Our earth is full of pain, suffering, and sorrow. Losing a loved one in death was never part of our Grand Creators purpose for humans.
God has promised to reunite us with our loved ones and to do away with our greatest enemy death.
Isaiah 25:8: "He will swallow up death forever, and the Sovereign Lord Jehovah will wipe away the tears from all faces. The reproach of his people he will take away from all the earth, for Jehovah himself has spoken it."
Revelation 21: 3,4 promises: "With that I heard a loud voice from the throne say: “Look! The tent of God is with mankind, and he will reside with them, and they will be his people. And God himself will be with them. And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.”
May the hope in these scriptures bring you comfort and strength to endure during this difficult time. Please see jw.org

I knew Zach as a football official. Unlike some referees who have an attitude problem, Zack was always positive, eager to learn & improve, and approached the task with great enthusiasm. He was the ultimate team player. It was always my pleasure to work with him on the field. Off the field, I was touched by his warmth, sincerity, integrity, pleasant demeanor, and great personality. He had enormous potential in all walks of life.
Our loss is Heaven's gain!

Precious family of this incredible young man, no words are enough for what we want to say. Please know that our prayers are continuing for ya'll since Saturday and will continue in the days ahead. Precious little Ju-Ju you were the Greatest Mom in the whole world to your son and it showed, I always remember any time I saw Zach with you, he would have his arm around your neck, even though he was that big tough football player, he loved his family and didn't mind showing it. To each of the Griffin girls, Shannon, Jennifer, Chandra, Shelly and Ju-Ju, and both Grandmothers and brother, sister and the entire family. Laugh and remember that huge smile and those sweet eyes, and all those funny stories he was always telling, that is what he would want for each of you. He left a huge impact on lots of people, my co-workers all have something good to say about him since he has been a student at TAMUC, and customers he took care of at Hulsey's Therapy, here in Commerce.
PLEASE NOTE THE FLAG AT TEXAS A&M UNIVERSITY-COMMERCE WILL FLY AT HALF STAFF IN ZACH'S HONOR, Tuesday, August 8, 2017 .

My heart is heavy, and saddened by your tragic loss. Zackery Lee was just getting started on his journey, but God needed him in the Kingdom. Sad for us, but a wonderful place to go home to. He was so handsome, talented, and I'm sure a blessing to his whole family. Martha, Dan, and all of Zack's family are in my prayers during this hard time for those left behind. My love, and prayers will continue, as I pray for God to strengthen you all, and hold you in his merciful hands.
