Obituary of Jennifer Marie Akridge

~~Jennifer Marie Akridge 52 of Tajique N.M. passed away at home Thursday November 30, 2017.
Services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Tuesday December 5, 2017 at the Delta Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Stacey Smith officiating.  Burial will follow at Oaklawn Cemetery.
Serving as pallbears will be four of her sons, Donald, Aaron, Justin, and Matthew Akridge.  Also her grandson Zachary Akridge and nephew Randy Akridge
Family will greet friends Tuesday December 5, 2017 from 1-2 p.m. prior to the service.
Jennifer was born August 1, 1965 in Ft. Walton Beach, Florida to Kent and Bonnie “Toon” Johnston.  Her father precedes her in death.
Survivors include her mother; Bonnie Johnston of Enloe, TX., husband;  Don Akridge of Tajique, N.M., five sons;  Aaron Akridge and wife Sheena of New Braunfels, TX,  Donald Akridge and wife Miranda of Roswell, N.M. Ronald Akridge of Whitney, TX. Justin Akridge of Denver, CO. and Matthew  Akridge of Tajique, N.M., two sisters; Kathy Hendley of Enloe, TX. and Leighanna Aubin of Cummings, GA.,  and Eight grandchildren.
Jennifer married Don on June 1, 1981 and were blessed with over 36 years of marriage.  Futhermore, Jennifer served the past 14 years as the Service Manager for Wells Fargo Bank.
