Obituary of Jimmy Don Slough
Jimmy Don Slough, 68, of Klondike, Texas passed away Tuesday February 13, 2018.
Private family memorial services will be held at a later date.
Jimmy Don was born August 25, 1949 in Paris, Texas to Don Allen and Patsy Earline “Burrow” Slough. His father has preceded him in death.
He married Linda Lue Conner August 1, 2003. She survives him at the family home.
Other survivors include son; Jimmy Keith Slough and wife, Nece, of Garland; daughter, Tara Slough of Paris; son, Jason Young and wife, Josie, of Glenrose, TX; sister, Martha Ann Slough of Greenville; two brothers, Richard Earl Slough of Cooper and Stephen Mark Slough and wife, Laura, of Commerce; and daughter; Stephanie and family, four grandchildren, Jordan Slough, Brayden Slough, Jace Young and Joslin Young.
He served his country in the United States Navy, worked for the US Postal Service as Postmaster in Klondike and was a member of the VFW.
