Obituary of Mary Ann Wicks

Mary Ann Wicks 68 years of age of Klondike passed away Saturday,March 17, 2012 in Sulphur Springs. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM Tuesday in the Delta Funeral Home Chapel with Revs. Jake Vaughn and Kaleb Wright officiating. Interment will follow in the East Delta Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday evening from 6:00 to 8:00PM at the Funeral Home. Mrs. Wicks was born January 17, 1944 in Sulphur Springs, the daughter of James Avery McCormack and Bertha Mae Pierce McCormack. She married Mr. Kenneth Ray Wicks on October 1, 1988. She was a homemaker and had lived in Hopkins and Delta Counties most of her life. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers; Elsie Frank (Hank) McCormack and Don Avery McCormack and a sister, Jimmie Bell Funderburk. She is survived by her husband; Kenneth Ray Wicks of Klondike, a daughter; Diana Wilburn of Como, and two grandchildren, Dustin Paul Flowers, and Tyler Daniel Wilburn.
