Obituary of Ronald Wayne Thompson

Ronald Wayne “RT” Thompson 66 of Pickton  passed away Monday June 18, 2018.

Graveside services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Wednesday June 20, 2018 at Oaklawn Cemetery.  Don Farrand will officiate. 

Serving as pallbears are Jeff Jordan, David Swanson, Mike Swanson,  Dale Thompson, Kyle Thompson, Jordan Thompson, Rodney Morris and Craig Oster.

Visitation will be Tuesday June 19, 2018 from 6-8 p.m. at Delta Funeral Home.

Ronald was born July 26, 1951 in Sulphur Springs, TX to Ollie Issac “Slim” and Gertrude Lou “Wilson” Thompson they have preceded him in death as well as siblings; Johnny Ellis Thompson, Loula Jean George, Lillie Mae Sears, Robert Henry Thompson, Billy Don Thompson and Ollie Ruth Ennis.

Survivors include sister; Jessie Lee Swanson of Pickton, sister; Myrtle Ann Nichols of Batesville, Ark. brother; Rickey Carroll Thompson of Sulphur Springs, sister; Melinda Joyce Oster  of Cooper, several nieces and nephews.

Ronald was a retired Farmer.
