Harold Eugene “Gene” Jones . 83 . of Cooper, passed away, June 24, 2018.

Graveside funeral  services will be Wednesday, June 27th, 2018, at 11:00 AM

At Oaklawn Cemetery under the direction of the Delta Funeral  Home.  Visitaion

Will be Tuesday, June 26, 2018 from  6 PM to 8PM.

Gene was born in Enloe, Texas, August 31, 1934.  He was the son of

Arnold Jones and Pauline Rainey Jones.   He was owner of Jones Sand &

Gravel Trucking business.

Survivors:  Sons:  Ronnie &Lynn Jones of Cooper,

                               Monty Jones – Paris

                    Daughter: Jan&Howard Frederick– Cooper

                 Sister:  Dovena Woodall –Greenville

7 grandchildren       1 great-grandchild     2 nephews

He was preceded in death by his parents, Arnold & Pauline Jones and

His wife, Betty Lane Jones.
