Obituary of Joyce Brewer

Joyce L. Brewer 86 of Anna passed away Tuesday August 21, 2018.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Saturday August 25, 2018 at the Delta Funeral Home Chapel, with Reverend Bobby Kennimer Jr. officiating.  Interment will follow at the Peerless Cemetery.

Family will receive friends from 1-2 p.m. prior to the service.

Joyce was born March 13, 1932 in Peerless, Texas to Samuel Luther and Effie Pearl “Killibrew” Cockrum, they have preceded her in death as well as two daughters; JoAnn Copeland and Opal Graham.

She is survived by a daughter; Rhonda Kennimer of Anna, three sons; Bobby Kennimer and wife Lavanda of Terrell, Eugene Skinner and wife Jayne of Princeton,and Jackie Skinner and wife Julie of VanAlstyne.  20 grandchildren; 44 great grandchildren and 7 great great grandchildren.

Joyce had been a local business owner prior to retirement and a Member of the Terrell United Pentecostal Church being baptized in 2000. 

Serving as pallbears will be Jackie Skinner Jr., Jeffrey Smith, Cody Skinner, Eric Kennimer, Mark Harpole, Chris Pearson, John Balderas and Douglas Filbert Jr.
