Obituary of George William Foster

George William Foster, 90, of Klondike, passed away Wednesday, November 7, 2018,

in Paris.

Funeral services will be Saturday November 10th, 2018 at 10:00 AM at the Delta

Funeral Home Chapel with Doug Overly and Rick Richardson officiating.   Interment

will follow in the New Klondike Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 6 to 8PM,

Friday,  November 9, 2018 at the funeral home.

Mr. Foster was born, July 9, 1928 in Peerless, Texas.

He was the son of Lyman Foster and Beulah Foster.  He was retired from Texas

Highway Department and was a member of First Assembly of God Church-Cooper. Texas.

August 12, 1942 he married Pearl Stone Foster.

Survivors:  Wife:  Pearl Foster-Klondike

2 sons:  Wayne Foster & wife, Vadie Foster-Sulphur Bluff

               Gene Foster & wife, Cindy Foster-Klondike

5 grandchildren 14 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren

4 Sisters:  Beth Sweat, Mary Howse, Clara Cooper all of Klondike and

Wanda Jo Self-Greenwood, Texas

Brother: Verdis Foster-Commerce

He was preceded in death by his parents and 3 brothers.

Serving as pallbearers will be, Wayne Foster, Gene Foster, Weldon Foster, Collin Foster,

Daniel Foster,  Brandon Helms and Chris Carrell.
