Obituary of William Ray Hinton

William Ray “Bill” Hinton 74 of Cooper passed away Friday December 21, 2018.

Memorial services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Sunday  at the First Assembly of God Church with Brother Doug Overly and Mickey Oats officiating.

Bill was born August 27, 1944 in Cooper, Texas. He was preceded in death by his mother Ruth Morgan and a sister; Sheila Porter

He married Carolyn Cochran July 24, 1964 in Cooper. Married for 54 years.  She survives him at the family home.

Other survivors include a son; Tommy Hinton and wife Jill, daughter; Shannon Morgan and Jimmy Ent, grandchildren; Kally Williams, Chelsea Hinton, William and Brad Morgan, sister; Ann Cauley and husband Don, and numerous extended family and friends.

Bill was a long time resident of Delta County.
