Spring Lake Assisted Living will never be the same not having Ms Bobbie there.
If you ever got down all you needed to do was go see Ms. Bobbie. She always had
a smile on her face and would always say "Thank you for coming to see me". I have been blessed to have shared the last 5 years with this beautiful lady and her wonderful family. Heaven has a beautiful angel now... Prayers for everyone in her family.

I love this picture; it takes me back to sweet memories of Aunt Bobbie! She brought so much joy to my life as I was growing up. When my grandma, Etah Lancaster Woodall, passed away I was only in 5th grade. I think Aunt Bobbie knew how much she meant to me and made it a point to always show her love to me in a very special way every time she saw me. I will never forget how much I admired her and always thought how beautiful her soul was. When I was in second or third grade I told her a lie when I was in the lunch line. She called home to ask if what I had said was true. When she found out it was a lie, the next day she didn't disgrace me or judge me, she just loved me through it and gave much grace. When I graduated she came to our house and personally handed me a graduation card and told me how proud she was of me. It has been a long time since I have seen her, but I know God placed her in my life as a child for a reason. I know she has touched many in her lifetime and I know that she is in Heaven praising Jesus now! I will be praying for all the family during this time. Love in Christ, Christine Blundell

Dear Shaffer Children and family,
So sad to learn of Aunt Bobbie's death, but I am happy to know that she is now more alive than ever in her new home. She was very special to me and such a help to me growing up and even after I was a young married. She was such a caring Christian and so genuine. She and Uncle Stanley were always good to my mother, Etah Woodall, and mother sure loved them.
We will be praying for you children and your family as you go through this hard time. Just remember she is well and Happy now and always with that beautiful smile.
Love to all,
Barbara Woodall Clements

When I landed in Cooper, in 1999, I was brokenhearted over the end of several dreams. The guys are hired to bring my stuff finished unloading at my house about 11:30 p.m. they weren't gone 5 minutes till across the street here came the sweetest looking woman with two little girls in tow. She was so warm and sweet, inviting me to church and welcoming to her neighborhood. Momma Bobbie spent the next 10 years taking care of me and my daughter! I'll never forget when Michell got sick at school one day, Momma Bobbie went picked her up and brought her to her house so I could keep working. Michell was in 8th grade. When I got there to pick her up she was asleep on the couch with a teddy bear tucked in her arms that Mom Bobby had given her. Sota me and my daughter, she wasn't just a neighbor. She was my godsend to help me through a very hard transition in my life... I am forever grateful for my Momma Bobbie.

My heart is broken over the loss of such a sweet, dear person. Aunt Bobbie was very precious to me and to all of my siblings, not only for the love she always shown us throughout our lives, but for the love she had for our Mother, Etah Woodall. They were very much alike, and Mother loved her "baby" sister so much. I know they are having a very happy reunion in Heaven today. God bless all of her family and friends.
